hadid pushes to finalize bulidng permits to destroy hastain trail

Despite ongoing Bankruptcy proceedings related to Hadid’s Franklin Canyon properties, Hadid continues extreme efforts to finalize permits to build at 9650 Royalton. As you may know, 9650 Royalton is the building site that will destroy the plateau of the Hastain Trail. (Hadid plans to build THREE MORE mega-mansions in Franklin Canyon Park in addition to the disaster he’s already started at 9650 Cedarbrook which is visible from the trail).

Unfortunately, the Los Angeles Department of Building & Safety is more than happy to oblige Hadid and his quest to destroy Franklin Canyon Park and the beloved Hastain Trail. Instead of flatly denying Hadid, all of his building permits at Royalton are currently listed as “Verifications In Progress” as of March 3, 2021. For the latest permit status check here.
