In September 2020, Give Back, LLC sued Mohamed Hadid to enforce a personal guaranty that Hadid had previously given to secure a $25 million dollar loan. Hadid also pledged title to all of the land his related shell entities owned in Franklin Canyon Park as collateral. Hadid (and his shell entities) defaulted on the loan.
