saudi royal purchaser mysteriosly vanishes

As reported previously, Hadid told the Bankruptcy Court that a member of the Saudi Royal Family had purchased the two Coldwater Canyon side lots in Franklin Canyon to develop into mega mansions and had even deposited $1.5 million into escrow. Not surprising, when Hadid was ordered to disclose the identity of the supposed Saudi buyer (and produce a witness representing the buyer) the Saudi Royal vanished into thin air. Thus, at the hearing on September 1, 2021, Hadid admitted the Saudi buyer was no longer in the picture and the matter was continued to October 27, 2021 when all six Franklin Canyon lots will be up for auction.
